Mica Tape

Application: Mica tape for fire-resistant wire and cable is based on high quality phlogopite or synthetic mica, using fiberglass cloth or carbon-free high polymer film as single-sided or double-sided reinforcement materials and bonding with an adhesive agent, through uniform baking under a high temperature. It is cut into zonal products byspecial slitting machine. The finished products of fireproof mica tapes are dry, non-adhesive, and offering a strong flexibility and pliability. It has a high tensile strength as high speed winding and it is the preferred material for making fire-resistant wire and cable.
